Shipping and Delivery

We are Scottish Highland based and we currently only do 2 guaranteed post office pick ups a week, on Wednesday and Friday, although we do try to post more often when possible. If your order is urgent please do drop us an email and we will see what we can do.

Our parcels are sent via Royal Mail and we only deliver to addresses within the UK as we cannot ensure overseas parcels will be delivered within a reasonable time.

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 3 working days unless an item is out of stock in which case we will email to advise you of any delay.

As we do rely on Royal Mail for delivery please allow for 2-3 days for first class and currently up to 2 weeks for second class postage for UK delivery.

Postage is calculated using a weight based system, apart from bulky items.
